Structural Engineer Founder
Our team is led by Manolis, a passionate Structural Engineer. Following his graduation from the University of Leeds, he gained valuable experience in small-medium sized practices in London on projects varying from small extensions and conversions to multi-storey towers and data centres.
He is a Chartered Member of IStructE with experience in working with all the primary structural materials. He has been the lead designer for numerous house extensions as well as office conversions around the London area.
His structural steel experience ranges from the full design of the Milton Keynes Museum to the frame alterations required for a grand scheme data centre in Slough.
He has been acting client-side being responsible for the compliance on the design of a residential development comprising six reinforced concrete 24-storey towers. His reinforced concrete analysis and design skills proved valuable during the challenging design of a 12-storey tower housing a mixture of educational and residential areas.
